“I also had a broken ‘lever’ on one of my smaller portable Hoselink reels and when I contacted you about this in the past year I was told you don’t that that as a spare part - disappointing. I went ahead and purchased a Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer to replace the spray head, only to find the grip/handle is shorter and doesn’t fit my hand. I can’t imagine whose hand that would fit. Overall I’m a little disappointed with all my Hoselink items because after years of putting up with various leaky nozzles/head spray units I saw you TV advertising about ’no more drips’ and decided to buy your products - but they leak just like everybody else’s.”

They were only $1.00 in total so HL very obligingly sent them to me free of a postage charge. They were very small & light & really on required an envelope & stamp, which HL provided. In this day day & age of where no one in retail does or gives anything without price gouging the customer, it’s a refreshing experience to encounter such, firstly, common sense & secondly good old fashioned customer service.
