“Great idea but this is now the third one to break. The plastic is not weather resistant nor suitable for this job. It just needs to be of a different constitution or of metal. May cost more but not in the long run.”
“flow control I have bought several of these over the years. They work well but the on off handle eventually breaks. I reviewed this a few years ago and suggested making the part from metal. I am glad to see that you now sell ( before you didn’t) replacement handles. I bought replacement handles ( which I am pleased to see are a reasonable price) and they work great. Well done.”
“Bought a couple of these as spares after our original (yellow) broke. Expected replacing old with new a simple process but struggled. Lack of instruction re replacement did not help. You have to make sure, when removing old one (2 screws) that the control itself is in the correct position and you do not disturb the ball control unit in the hose head itself...if you do not align properly and get snug overall fit it can be a bit frustrating. Would recommend subject to some additional guidance re fitting being provided”
“Excellent service, the original lever deteriorated in the sun and ended up cracking so I needed to replace the three that I had, when ordering I was informed that the replacement levers are made of a new grade of plastic and were replaced free of charge. How good is that :-)”
