“I only changed out the flow shut off lever about a week ago,so it will take some time to see if it withstands the ultra violet light created by the sun.This was the problem i found with the lever,it becomes brittle after a year or so.If the new material can handle the sun's rays,it will be a plus,if not it's back to the drawing board.I would have thought an alloy would have been the best material to use instead of acrylic.However all said Hose link sent me a few replacements without any bother,as i have said before Hose link produce high end products and i will always use them.”
