“I have 8 of these in use, & you are aware the Lever is the weakest linkwith this item.No matter how careful you are, they break so easily- even dragging the hose over our (awful) Sir Walter grass can break the LeverSo to see that it now sold as a separate Item, I was elated - thus I purchased a good stock! I couldn't keep account of the number I havebroken over the years..I have even tried repairing it, but with limitedsuccess. I am in Rockhampton, where its very hot, so the UV rays are also a problem. Might I suggest that you consider an unbreakable Lever ,in the future - maybe Aluminium or Metal.Thanks again for having the replacement Lever available.”
“I recently broke the Flow Control lever on my Hoselink fitting. I had the hose hooked over the ladder when I was washing the caravan and knocked it down onto a concrete slab. After ordering a new one, it was dispatched almost immediately and turned up in the mail a few days later. I have bought and worn out many hoses and fittings over the last 45 years, but the Hoselink 30m hose reel and fittings have been by far the best I have ever used. Excellent products and service.”
“A poorly designed part of an otherwise good system. Very weak and require regular replacement due to breakage. I ordered 10 so I have them on hand ready for the next failure. My first order of 4 was used up quite quickly. Needs a redesign using better material.”
