“With some renovations being done the original flow control lever was broken accidentally by the contractor. The replacement lever was ordered and delivered in a very timely way. It was fitted to the damaged connector and immediately worked correctly.”

“Excellent service and replaced at no cost. Can’t ask for more. Would suggest if you continue to use plastic for this item a black plastic UV resistant or stamped 316 SS would be preferable. Corporate colours aside the yellow jobby was bleached very quickly.”
