“I rang to see if I could get a replacement handle for the hose connector with flow control. Little did I realise how easy it was, as it was no trouble for Hoselink to send me a replacement at no cost to me. The package took about 10 days to get to me in WA from NSW.”

“I have 5 retractible hose reels around my property in Darwin. The hot sun eventually kills anything plastic so I have covers on all my reels. When I advised Hoselink that the sun had killed one of the levers on one of my reels they provided replacements at no charge promptly so I could get the reel operational with a minimum of downtime.
