“Leaver broke within the first 6 mths. One look at it and you can see it’s not up to the task. Ordered a new one (and a spare) hoping Hoselink would replace it free as sign of good will. No such luck.”

We do offer a 2-year warranty on our fittings therefore, we would have been more than happy to replace this free of charge for you if you had contacted us. We have actually changed the design of the Flow Control Lever therefore, hopefully you will not have this issue occur again. “My fault the lever broke.I had the hose connected to your sprinkler and l dragged it across the lawn with the lever facing downwards,that’s when it broke,l have it facing upwards now.l have two Hoselink’s one for the front lawn and one for the back lawn and l am extremely happy with them.
