“The replacement lever is good, but could be better designed. Over time, the lever deteriorates & snaps. Maybe a metal lever would improve the longevity of the original item.”
“I suggest changing the design and material of this product to a more robust design and material as I have found this item breaks very easily.Design wise possibly look at encasing the lever into the body of the unit so it is protected when being used etc this will eliminate all protrusions making a more streamlined unit”
“I Love being able to shut water flow from end of hose. The weak link in the flow ball valve is the lever ( plastic) it breaks very easily. I have four control valves - When I rang Hoselink, their respond was very quick by sending four replacement levers FREE of charge!!! Can’t get better service than that”
