“I seem to have to replace these often due to breakage or failure to fully rotate the ball valve to the off position. Although continuing to use Hoselink due to parts availability and customer service the replacement cost are insignificant. It only becomes a pain when I run out of spares or robbing from another valve assembly. I usually buy a few every so often.”
“FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE, I replaced the lever for an elderly friend who was unaware that the item was available and was beyond her capacity to do the repair work.
The nozzle is yet to be installed on the hose but i know that there will not be any further problems.

“Theses are to big for my hose, threw them away. O theres were sold out. I thought they were the same size as the grey ones but a different colour. The grey ones were iut of stock so just waisted $10 on postage. Do you have them in stock anywhere else?”
