“I invertantly broke the Flow Control Lever on one of the 5 Hoselink Hoses I have purchased for myself and my Family over a few years. I rang Hoselink and spoke to a very pleasant Woman and explained that it was my fault. She very generously sent me 2 new Control Levers by Australia Post free of charge, even though I admitted it was my fault and was willing to pay. “After having a flow control lever on my fitting cracking and breaking in the sun I contacted customer service to see if the parts were available (I couldn't find them on the website) without even asking I was sent a brand new flow control lever to replace the failed item!
