“John and I were thrilled at the on line chat support we were given .......I had been putting off saying anything about the breakage because I honestly thought what would be the point.Then I was on line looking for something else for the garden and the chat line poped up.I said what had happened and that we do buy a lot for both our properties and we were worried that we would have so many multiple replacements because we have so many hoses.I made the sujestion to maybe make that handle out of metal........I was told you had made an improved plastic one and then you sent us the replacements of the old ones free.......just in time too because 2 more of the old ones broke........Thank you so much.......Now we can go into summer with all our hoses and know we are not waisting water......Thank you Hoselink for helping us be waterwise........John and Shay Higgins”
“Have had a couple of reels for years. Never had a problem, they rewind as good now as when they were new. Had a minor problem with a flow control lever recently, a quick e-mail to Hoselink and a few days later I received replacements. I recommend the reels to anyone with any sized garden as they are so easy to use and keep everything tidy and the hose out of the sun, definitely no more tangles from hard sun bleached hoses. The guns that came with them are also great. A little bit of occasional maintenance and they keep on working fine. All in all I would definitely buy them again as they really are so much better than the cheaper hardware store ones.”
