“Had a lot of trouble with this product attaching to the hose. I already had an ordinary connector and it fitted great. When I attached this flow control connector, it would leak everywhere then burst off. I undid it all and cut off about 15cm of hose in case it was not straight or had worn down. Put it all back together again and same thing. Tried it about 3 times before giving up. I had started to prepare you a video to show what was happening with the leaking and bursting but then I thought of taping around the end with a thin tape and this finally did the trick! It now works perfectly and I am very happy with it along with all of the other products I have purchased.”
