“Ordered following failure of the connector supplied with our reel a few years back this fitted properly first go as described and the colour is better than the previous connector.”
“This would have to nearly be my favourite piece of Hoselink gear, I can change ends without turning the tap off, saves walking back and forth, I can plug it into others hoses, sprinklers and watering systems or use it on its own, I always have a spare or two of these.”
“We have had the plastic swivel ball inside the flow controller break twice so we are now on our third flow controller. When you operate the flow control lever on the outside of the flow controller the ball inside swivels. The lugs on the side of the ball have failed on two seperate flow controllers. You have to order a new part and have it mailed to your address. The cost of postage almost doubles the price. You can't go to the hardware shop and buy a part.”

“I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone
After having this hoselink already at my house when I bought it. The unit itself has failed so many times and I am at a point now where I am ripping it out and putting in a Gardena which is a much better product.”

“The lever control is very helpful and user will love it. However it seems the white ball inside breaks easily and not replaceable. My newest broke and after inquiring about the ball, Hoselink just posted a new flow control nozzle for free. My problem is I have 4 broken nozzles.”
