“This is a good product I've used many times it's not perfect though as the on off mechanism can fail with time it's relatively thin and gets brittle with up and age and can eventually snap but of course there's not many plastics that don't”
“Somewhat disappointed in that the ball valve locating guide broke thus rendering the flow control inoperable and less than two years old resulting in having to buy a replacement. ☹️”

“We have two HoseLink retractable systems. The hose reels qre good, they let us extend the hoses as they should and the hoses aer very good quality. But in less than one year the taps for the flow control on both of them coud not be closed properly so we have to turn the main tap off to stop the flow - or buy replacement flow controllers which we have done. But we shouldn't need to replace them after such a short period.”
