“Hello guys we have 4 hoselink hose reels and love them. We bought 3 and were given 1.
The only problem we have is leaking from the joint between the hose sprayer gun and the adaptor to the hose. I've tried changing the O rings with no luck. The only thing that has worked is to change the adaptor swivel piece that screws into the spray gun. I think I may have bent the plastic by pulling the hose out by the gun. I've had this problem with a couple of our hose links, and changed the swivel adaptor which has fixed it. I am now instead pulling the hose out by the ball near the end of the hose. I like the new spray gun to, it's cool.
This grey writing in the review I'm writing now is difficult to see. Black would be better.
Apart from that I love tour products and will buy more hose reels and accessories in future, I do recommend your product to others and have given a gift voucher before.
