“The connectors were supposed to allow me to connect 2 soaker hoses together and connect it to the hose. It doesn't work. I can.not seem to make Hoselink staff understand.that I want to connect the soaker hoses together and connect it to the tap. The twisting black ends remain difficult for my rheumatoid hands. But since you haven't responded to my previous review I presume you're not interested. I've read all your info, spoken to 2 staff and 3 months later your product still won't do what I want it to do.”

“Product is great , have all of our hoses ( 7 in total ) and sprinklers connected by your fittings .Only problem is when i am clumsy and drop one accidently and it cracks. Very strong connectors.”
“When I ordered these parts I mentioned that of the four hoselink assemblies around our home three (3) of the swivel hose connectors snapped off inside the swivel. I sent photos at the time. Therefore I ordered non swivel type. I believe the swivel design is “underdone and prone to break.””
