“I’m writing average as hoselink was suppose to get rid our hose woes , now the hose itself and cover are amazing but the part that attaches the spray gun / accessory has failed me twice already in the short time we have owned it as the “o”ring keeps going , twice I’ve had an unexpected shower , one was on our way out which left me less the impressed”
Hi Natalie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Hoselink fittings.The o-rings should not become worn therefore, the only thing that could be happening is that they are falling out of the fittings themselves. This would only happen if you are uncoupling the fittings whilst there is still water pressure in the hose. We recommend turning the water off at the tap and then releasing the pressure by turning your spray gun on, this will remove any remaining water in the hose and stop the sudden burst of water dislodging the o-rings.
