“My experience with Hoselink products has been and still is very satisfying.As a new product idea have you considered providing a blanking plate that could be fitted to the end of a hose when no attachment is fitted. This would stop spiders putting their webs into the hose fitting and also stop other creatures from entering the open hose (eg small creatures like skinks). The blanking plate could be of a design that would attach like any other fitting and can be secured to the end of the hose with a small piece of chain and a clip of some kind (even a key ring). When a spray, wand or sprinkler is fitted the blanking plate would be captive, via the chain, at the end of the hose. I often have nothing fitted to the end of the hose leaving it open for creatures.
