But' I do not understand why a Question or I ask for a product you had in the past, but I can't find in your Catalog at present, is ignored? In the picture I had sent with the popped apart hose-swivels ,I mentioned the small swivel , shown in the front row on the left, which is working fine. I ask for 6 swivels, of this kind and offered to pay for these. We do not know if you missed this order, or ignored it?Some years ago, talking to a young lady from your Shop on the phone. She did successfully ignore a question I ask about the hose which is used on the 30m real? Trying from different angels was not helping. “This part was a replacement for the swivel fitting that broke twice . I have also had a hose real internal spring break rendering the product useless. I am no longer buying hose link and will not give out a good review”
