“I have found the hose reel, hose and all the connectors to be fantastic. Got rid of my other useless hose and adapters. Would never buy any other product but hoselink from here on in. Can't rate it high enough. Must say I had reservations before buying but once I received the product, I can't speak highly enough about it.”

Don't waste any more time switching around, just get another connector to match, a connector that will allow you to switch up at the click and twist in a sec.”

I had an issue with the adaptor that the trigger action nozzle screws into,I placed the hose on the ground and somehow a small lip inside the adaptor broke off and water squirted out everywhere. A quick call to your service section and all was fixed instantly ,with a new adaptor being sent to me the next day. Keep up the good personal relations and your company will grow in leaps and bounds.
