“I purchased three of these but one of them does not screw into the spray nozzle to the correct depth and leaks. The quality seems to have decreased since my last purchase.”
Hi Rachel, thank you for your review and feedback. The fittings should all have the same threads to suit all our accessories therefore, this is surprising to hear and see on the photo. The fitting should not need to screw all the way into the spray gun, it just needs to come into contact with the washer in the handle to form the watertight seal. The collar is pressed over the stem therefore, should never reveal the o-rings underneath.
