“Needed to replace the original one on the hose that I accidentally dropped and had broken, only downfall was that the screw on part broke immediately after dropping my hose on the ground! All the other items I ordered as spares!”

He looked up my purchase immediately and knew exactly which part had broken and he informed me that the part would be put in the mail that night. It arrived within 5 days and works perfectly.
