Compared to original fitting this new connector was extremely tight on the fitting requiring wrenches to get it to seal an in so the swivel has stiffened significantly

Hi Russell, thank you for leaving us a review. It is disappointing to hear that you have had issues with your Connector. The Sprayer does not need to be screwed all the way down to the end of the thread. Please contact us at 1300 900 617 or hello@hoselink.com.au and we would be happy to look into this problem for you. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Team

Bit disappointed to start as the connector was leaking where it was screwed in. My husband had to tighten it up with some pliers. It is now working properly..Should have been checked before being sent out.

I use this on my 7 function sprayer, I have another one which I bought several years ago that is on another sprayer. Both are awesome, they are water tight and makes it easy to twist the sprayer in any direction. They are robust and well made.

You've got to have thiis on your fittings , it just makes it all so much easier with the reduction of twisting the hose

Very happy with the rapid responses First was damaged in shipping but second arrived safely. Not sure why they were shipped without any packaging though, just in a bag.

Good for a time and then due to O rings beinging rubber started to leak Because I was not sure if I could just buy the O rings as ( not highlighted inweb site), I purchased a new, accessory connector. The postage was nearly as expensive as the connector. Seems to something which could happen again. In Bunnings you can buy a service set of O rings at $2.95 for Holman products whilist it cost me $18 plus dollars Seems excessive for something which might happen again. Hoselink might be worth looking into where rubber O rings are a perishable item. Sorry about the winge. After mentioning to a few people they were surprised that Hoselink don't clearly advertise the opportunity and method to replace rubber O rings I am hoping No more issues become apparent in time. Overall I am impressed with Hoselink service, and the products and would still consider them for more hose replacements at my house but there are cost effective options.

I and my husband are so fed up with Hose Link, we have changed every thing as fare as we are concerned is rubbish, ALL the connections that you have ever sent us have leaked. so we have changed everything. We would NEVER recommend anything about Hose link. We think it is RUBBISH .

Hi Margaret, thank you for contacting us regarding this. We are saddened to hear this was your experience. You did contact us originally about this issue, and we sent you replacement fittings at no cost even though you've been out of warranty since 2019. None of our products are going to last forever, and especially with frequent use, they are susceptible to wear and tear. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss this further. Thanks, The Hoselink Team.
