“We notified hose link of the defected part and they organised a replacement straight away however it took a while to deliver the replacement part considering we live in the Sydney area”
“There is a design fault with this part as it is only held in place by "O" rings and after some time they lose their hold and disconnects from the spray gun and the part no longer works as required. This has happened with both the two full systems I have purchased.The overall system is fantastic, but this is the unacceptable link in the chain, and an unfortunate way to get wet.”
“After using the new grey nozzle for a couple of weeks we have noticed the older green one is much better in the fact that the CENTRE spray setting was more effective than the new (centre) one with only six separate spray action. I have now gone back to using the old spray nozzle on the new hose reel.CheersPeter”

“The item I was seeking to replace is the same base but a DIFFERENT top. Where the one you sent differs is that the top, where there is a threaded piece, mine is a much narrower piece with TWO pieces holding two rubber “O” rings that allow you to clip the multi choice of spray unit to the hose.
