“have brought 5 swivel hose fittings ,after about five months use they tend to pop apart with a bit of water pressure , had one replaced but cant be sending back all the time”

“As we have only had it several days I can’t give you much experience with it. The fitting it replaced was all plastic and the new fitting contains some brass. There may have been some issues with this older fitting before. The old connector with the swivel unit would shoot off when water pressure was applied and now it doesn’t so that a good outcome.”
“My existing connector had broken.. An email to Hoselink, with a photo of the broken part, resulted in an email reply from stating replacement connector was in the mail free of charge. I received it in a couple of days and my hose was back in action. I was delighted!”
