“Connected the new one last week due to the original breaking after 4 months, Used it twice and already leaking everywhere. Seems a different deign to the original one i got in January. Not really happy with this "Australian" product”
“Excellent.My daughter’s nozzle and part of her hose was cut off and stolen from her hoselink retractable hose reel.My daughter rang Hoselink just to order the new connector and nozzle.Without hesitation the person on the other end at Hoselink said the stolen hose fittings were covered under warranty:how GOOD is this.Not faulty a product but stolen and Hoselink sent the parcel to my daughter postage paid.Excellent after sales service.I can’t speak highly enough of Hoselink.10 out of 10.”
“On delivery of the connector. Straight away I noticed a brass insertion that replaces the plastic one which improves the strength of the fitting 100% . Good stuff !”
“On those occasions when i have need parts or simply advice, the staff havbe been fantastic. nothing is too much trouble.The product itself, the hose and its fittings are the best available. How do i know? I live in a 14 house community and over the years i have seen various products all of which have failed or given trouble even if only frustrating. Hoselink? Never an issue after 5 years of use. Now 4 more neighbors have purchased one or more.”
