“I have had to replace this item twice now as the plastic deteriorated from sum exposure and poor quality plastics. I haves had these connectors attached for longer than 12 mths each and they keep breaking within the swivel plug and the prongs keep falling out and getting lost. It’s very frustrating. And yes I do turn the water off before disconnecting and the prongs still fall out. These parts should really be made with a metal to make them way more durable.”
