“This was a replacement as my original hand piece was leaking within a month or so of purchasing my 30m hose. I received the thicker grey ‘o’ rings to try and solve the issue but after that not working I made further contact and was sent these. I’m really happy now as they work perfect with no issues at all. I’m about to purchase another 30m hose and extra attachments. I’m so grateful I could receive after sales service to rectify the issue without hassles. Thank you to the team.”
