“i have bought 3 of the awesome hoselink hoses over theyears. Hoselink were so great to deal with recently when i noticed there was an item missing from my last delivery. They were most apologetic and very quickly sent out the item. Highly recommend this company and their products.”

“Bought three to use with existing Hoselink hoses. First two installed and used without issue, but the third leaked (spraying from the mating surface when connected to a Hoselink hose connector) from its first use. Reconnecting, cleaning and connecting to two other hose connectors did not solve the problem. It seems to be a manufacturing flaw, but alas this third one wasn't used for two months from purchase (i.e. well after the 30-day return policy).
Caveat emptor re-learned from this $12 "donation" to Hoselink!”

“Works really well and a lot less bulky than the original. However, it was necessary to use a pair of multi grips to get sufficient purchase on the item to tighten it when attaching it to the sprayer handle. Until then hand tightening still allowed leaking.
The base of the swivel, immediately below the threaded attachment needs to stand out further so its easier to get hold of.”
