Customer service is wonderful, only ever spoken to people of irishor scottish descent not aisan or indian who are extremely difficult to understand, never helpful ,reas from scripts otherwise don't have a clue what you are trying to tell them which only infuriates the average AUSTRALIAN no end !!! A pleasure to speak with such wonderful human beings that understand and have very good knowledge about their products. . Very highly recommended for superior products and customer service.”
“I found the click on adaptor was easy to use . The only thing I felt was wrong was the adaptor was not part of the initial package deal.I needed to weed my lawn and was forced to use my old hose until the adaptor arrived in the mail.I would have been happy to pay the extra money .”
