Many times when I take an attachment off I loose the o-ring. Can this be improved or can I do something so it doesn't re-occur

Hey Frans, Thanks for your review. If you release the pressure in the hose before unhooking your connections, this should help avoid loosing O-rings. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Team

Handy to have a few of these on hand as I’ve found the rings can fall out. However when asking Hoselink for more, I had a package sent quickly and great email communication.

I normally don’t leave reviews but these guys are amazing. I bought my unit years back but despite the elapsed time, they continue to help and look after me with great after sales service. I had an issue with my hose and they replaced it, no fuss. Then recently I had a minor issue which again they resolved without any fuss. Fantastic guys. Am glad I bought from you guys.

I have found that the O-Rings tend to fall out and lost after changing fittings regularly and so may need some sort of bedding glue

I have had to buy some more spare O-rings as sometimes they pop out when uncuppling hose connections and I can not find them. I have learnt however that you need to release the hose before uncuppling, which I may not have done.

Do you have a product that cleans pavers such as a rotating scrubber with water jet etc?

The o rings helped on the older hose but still leaking abit. My new hose which i purchase recently is now leaking and has a tear in the hose. I think your products are good but the trouble with the orings is disappointing. Regards Denis Simpson
