“I purchased a hose reel about a year ago, primarily it’s great, however it recently started leaking from the connection point where spray head joins the hose. So replaced the o ring’s which made no improvement. I now have a very expensive hose that leaks just the same as a cheap one!”
“Hose reel had very little use and started to leak. I was sent the wrong o rings that didn't fit, and the circlip that retains them is of very poor quality and deformed. I requested correct o rings which are apparently being sent, but no new circlip.The retract system has jammed and had to be manipulated with a screw driver.In all, its a very expensive reel, that seems to be poorly made and not worth the money”

“The joiners have never burst off to be fair, but they all leak like mad. I have about 10 connections at my place and they are all constantly leaking, sometimes a new o ring helps temporarily. I think I will abandon the dozens of hoselink products and try another brand. The hose reals are good though. I can adapt another fitting to them. PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR LEAKING JOINERS!!”
