“I purchased a number of items and one item was three packets of O-Rings but only two arrived.I sent photos of the short delivery but was questioned about the quantity, so I sent more photos and in the end it was agreed but no apology, so I think the after sales experience was not good.as this item was of so little value, why would I go to this trouble to try and extract something of little value but to highlight a delivery issue so others do not experience the same issue?”
“I received the o rings in about two days. Great service. Unfortunately they didn’t stop the leaking joint even after using silicone spray. The fitting isn’t damaged, it’s just got too much play in it to seal.”
