“Not that I expect you to do anything about it or even read it, going by a previous complaint I made, but anyhow, here it is. All I wanted was the white plastic rings, which btw should last longer, but I had to buy the full set of stuff, rubber grommets and all. And since I have two hoses, that means I need four of those crappy little split rings. So I have two now, but I need two more, but buggered if I am going to order any more if I have to take another batch of unwanted rubber grommets as well. I'll do without. Recommend? Reluctantly.”
Hi John, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do sell the White Split rings separately on our website therefore, there is really no need to order the entire Spare Parts Kit. They should have a split in them as this is the part that clamps around the hose to hold it in place around the barb. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kind regards.
