“We originally bought 2 x 20m auto retractable hose reels. Absolutely love them. So tidy & easy to use. We also bought some fittings later down the track. The spray gun is fantastic and doesn't burst off like other products we've used in the past. We will definitely buy all our garden products from Hoselink in future.”
“I was a little disappointed to note that there is only 1x 1 Washer for Tap Connector in the kit. Don't get me wrong, this is a great little kit to have around the house. However, most houses have at least two (2) taps, so it goes that most people would have two (2) adapters, one on each tap. Afterall, who want to unscrew the adapters each time you move your hose (or Reel). With this in mind, that means that the 1 Washers will (taking numerous variables into account) both perish at a similar rate. Ergo, my point is this. Having only one of these washers, in such a remarkably useful repair kit as this, has reduced its overall value in convenience. As such, I can only award three (3) Stars as a recommendation. My suggestion would be to increase the 1 Washers to two (2), charge a few extra cents and change this from a great product to an Outstanding - Can't Live Without - Everyone Must Have - product that everyone will want to buy.
