“Look, I wouldn't need a replacement if you had the parts, The weakest part of the wand is the joining threaded section in the handle. I have suggested that it be made of metal[brass]. But that has fallen on deaf ears. My next suggestion is. Have the handle of the wand available as a spare part. This a far better way to keep a perfectly good wand in service. You have the handles in stock, so make them a spare part that can be purchased.”
“Apart from the above, I also bought the spray gun lubricant to fix the trigger on the spray gun as it was floppy. I fixed the trigger successfully, but then the spray gun leaked from the brass cap at the back of the sprayer. I put in a new washer, but it still leaks and I haven't been able to fix it - it just sprays as soon as the tap is turned on. I tried several washers with no luck.”
