“Ok but did expect better quality products that don’t break so easily. Would not recommend people spend the extra money as the lifespan of cheaper models I’d definitely comparable and hoselink do not replace breakages such as sprayers that just fall apart in your hands.”

“Very disappointed with your products and service since the day I bought them. I purchased the washer set to see if I can fix the problems I've had with 2 of the 3, 30 metre wall units I bought from you a few years ago. From the day I installed them two of the units leaked badly from the twist locking joint near the hand held water gun. It is annoying as I also use your product at my work place at Commbank Stadium in Parramatta. This unit has worked very well for years and was the main reason I decided to purchase you units for home use.I have rung and written to you before about this problem but you just sent out a replacement hand spray gun. This did not solve the problem.It would be good if you had a rep in Sydney who could investigate problems with your units. Trying to explain problems vis phone calls and emails doesn’t work as well as people on the ground.For now, I have gone back to using the traditional hose. I hope that the replacement washers work as I spent a lot of money on 3 reels, where two are only really useful in Summer, on a hot day, when I want to get wet.”
