This is what I wrote on that occasion:Thank you for your efficient and prompt delivery of order #HL1042160However a bit of feedback is in order here. Replacing the spray gun plunger is not a job that can be quickly and easily accomplished. It turned out to be a workshop bench job requiring gently punching the new plunger into place then discovering no amount of lubricant would allow the spring to fully return the plunger. Persistent working back and forth eventually settled it in so now, all good and the leak fixed.Perhaps on your instruction sheet it might be a good idea to mention that there might be some resistance to inserting the plunger because of the new 'o' rings. Other than that minor hiccup we're pleased with Hoselink products and service. Kind regards,Tony Bird”
“in the past our family has been very happy with all your products however the last order the guns leaked either through the fittings imperfect sizing or the rubber seals ( most likely) the replacement seals have stopped the leak but I wonder for how long as the original seals lasted for a while before leaking. I suggest you look at the supplier and their quality control”
“The part didn't fit an old spray gun that was leaking and I contacted helpdesk to see if I could get some washers. Unfortunately they were not made anymore so I was refunded the parts and then offered a discount on a new trigger. The responses were quick and super helpful and delivery was the next day or so. very happy!”
