“The Spare Parts Kit is a good product, however it could be improved.The first challenge I had was understanding how to replace the face-plate seal. It became clear once I removed the face-plate but the diagram on the supplied instruction sheet does not clearly show it. A small modification to the diagram could be made to correct this.The second challenge was inserting the new 'plunger'. I was unable to insert it because of a build-up of deposits on the internal surfaces of the hand-piece. I had to remove the deposits with some emery paper wrapped around a screwdriver before it would go in.Finally, the inclusion of the wire clip in the Spare Parts Kit seems a bit odd ... I don't imagine that many people would need to replace this.”
