“I recently bought a new hose reel with an updated spray gun. The centre setting on the new spray gun is useless, unlike the very useful centre setting on the old spray, which I use frequently as a soft jet. So I used these parts to repair/service the old spray gun and now use this on the new reel. Please improve the design of the centre setting on the new spray.”

“It has renewed one spray gun unit. The other unit the spray head is faulty and does not allow good even spray from each opening. As per previous email and photo these spray guns and sub standard. Hence the reason they are unavailable.
Your records will highlight I have purchased a new one from you to overcome issue.
Yes the older spray guns are sub standard.
