“The customer service is second to none . I had to return a reel because it wasn’t retracting properly. The reel was replaced very quickly but I think the quality is not the same as it was a few years back. The retractor is still no good when you compare to my 6 year old 30 & 20mt hose reel. I know own 3 but y I heard that it’s no longer an Australian made product but now comes out of China which is very disappointing..”
“I had difficulty getting someone to attach my hose to the wall but yesterday I was able to get it attached. This is my second Hoselink retractable hose and was very happy with my first one but unfortunately this one I am having difficulty using it as I thought it would be the spray gun fitting and I am having trouble using this lever one.
