“I have now installed both units. What’s in the Box was minimal, and the Instructions were clear and concise. I have (1) wall mounted and (1) pedestal mounted. I have only used a few times since installation and everything works as communicated. I like that they are quite “space saving” and aesthetically look great.”
“I ordered the Hose Reel on the 25/11 and it still hasn’t arrived viaAust Post. - them claiming unusually increased traffic and covid as the delay. These guys have had 3 years of “pandemic" to get their shit together and still use the same old excuses. Not good enough! Perhaps it’s time for hoselink to use a more efficient transport company. It was a birthday present that dissapointingly has now well and truely missed the mark. I have also ordered some other items as Christmas presents - will they arrive in time?It is not so easy being a Hoselink supporter”
