“I love this product. Lighter and easier to use than my bigger heavier duty 30 metre 8 year old hoses. Also like the newer style spray gun also easier to use than older metal handles. Did prefer 1 programme on the old sprayer the “centre” function seems different on the new ones. Nothing wrong with my 8 year old hoses just that I have moved house to smaller property. Old hose style was repairable if you accidentally pulled too far out seems not the case with new one. You are a fantastic company. Replaced one of my new hoses when I had an issue.”
“Quick delivery and the hose reel arrived ready to use out of the box. Everything seems to work as it should, no leaks or drips and the mechanism itself looks to be sturdy and well built. Time will tell but so far am happy with this product. I like it so much I purchased a connection kit to put the nozzle and connectors on my other hose (of a different brand, purchased through a local hardware store).”
