“Actually I have not commenced using it yet as I am waiting for the landscapers to finish before I mount it so it doesn’t get wrecked by them! They have delayed twice and should be starting 7 to 10 days work by the end of the week. So I will let you know once I start using it. On another front though I did buy three items at the one time the retractable 20 meter hose as well as a standalone 20 meter hose and a wicking hose again have not started using them yet this is for my new home and will be used in trying to establish my gardens. When I purchased these items your system told me I qualified for two free gifts but I have not received these gifts just the three items I purchased just wondering if you can look into that please”
