“Very disappointed that you failed to mention availability of click on parts in the original purchase plan. I required fitting for attachment to pressure washer which cost me time, effort and additional postage costs. Why were those products advertised with the Hoselink itself. Very poor marketing and now I am reluctant to recommend your product.”
“Not received it yet. Already have one which is working very well and happy with it. The second one had to be returned as faulty. Occasionally the third one which arrived with the second one and I am using does had a little difficulty returning the hose back onto the holder. Hoping this will iron itself out with use.”
“The retractable hose reel we purchased is great it was easy to install and the retracting feature is excellent - strong and even retraction. The hose nozzle attachment is super sturdy and secure and features a lever to cut off water flow. It has many options for water flow which is very useful.Highly recommend this product and the service we received.”
