“Can’t believe how easy it retracts and stops when you pull it out. I just moved house and have had other brands of these before at previous houses. My thoughts were at this house I would buy the better quality product although the difference in price was significant. After using the product I can now see what the difference in price is for…..This product is by far superior to the others I have had. For someone who has rheumatoid arthritis, it is the best. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box to see that the cases was not aligned correctly, but when it was installed on the wall you can’t see. Hopefully that won’t be an issue. Overall very pleased with the purchase.”
