“It pains me not to leave a 5 star review for this company. Hoselink is a great company to deal with. I am on my third purchase of their retractable hose reels and the overall quality/fitting of connectors isn't at the level of their fittings of a few years back. Also the retraction of hose within the reel is hit and miss. They did replace the reel I bought which wouldn't retract, with another (thanks hoselink) which is slightly better but as mentioned, not as good as their past products. I will keep an eye on future reviews to see if there is any continuing problems from other consumers.”
