“This hose reel is really good, it retracts very smoothly and stops easily at the point where you want it to stop. I've had other brands previously, and it's always been difficult but this is just a breeze. Lovely to use. Very good quality.”

“Having purchased a 15m Retractable Hose Reel - White (which I understand is now superseded) five years ago, I thought I should have got a bit more service life out of that hose. The issue was that the hose inside the reel somehow worn or frayed near the end of the spool and the system therefore leaked underneath the main reel. When I contacted Hoselink, it was clear enough that the warranty was not going to cover my hose. That said, these units are not the most inexpensive systems on the market (and I note recently there's a good deal of apparently credible competition) I thought it should have lasted longer than five years. The sales/support person I spoke with offered this new 20m unit for a discounted price which whilst I appreciated that I did think the discount could/should have been a little more generous. The new hose is installed and working fine, however, I think it only fair to mention the caveat.”
