“Hose not retracting smooth after using the hoseAdvised to pull hose out fully and wait a minute and then pull on hose to retract itHad to continuously repeat this functionHose reel sprung internal leak and water poured out from underneath the Hose ReelHad to disconnect hoes reel from tap and use my old garden hose to water gardenThe adverts on TV showing how robust the Hose Reel is one would expect a longer warranty and a longer lasting product Rang and asked for service call to fix the problem and advised that Hoselink could not fix the leak and that the 2 Year warranty had expiredI reluctantly purchased a new 20m Hose Reel and i have had to change over the Spray Gun with the original one supplied with my 15m as the Jet and Centre spray options have been changed and i found the old Spray gun easier to use with the trigger Not happy with Hoselink and would not buy another Hose Reel should this onealso break down”
“My 2nd hose reel was faulty( wouldn’t retract fully)Hoselink replaced it, Could do with stronger springs, needs more positive tension like my original hose reel.2nd working fine, love new updated connections”
