“Received item Friday open and installed ,hose will not rewind fully ,rewind in approx 10mts then stops you can shuffle approx another 5 mts in which leaves approx 5 mts that will not rewind in , the ratchets that controls reels you can hear spinning but reel is not turning , plus the casing of the unit has approx 2mm gap all round , not totally sealed , option second rate. have purchased approx 3 hose reels over the years and all of good quality this does not even rate. will contact you Monday to return item and discuss further action, very disappointed///”
